As a certified Green Caterer, our culinary team believes in using only the freshest ingredients available, often from local farms and our own organic gardens. All of our dishes are prepared and cooked on-site to ensure fresh, high-quality, and always hot food. Many of our herbs and garnishes are sourced from our on-site herb garden while our produce and meats are sourced from local farms and suppliers.
