STARTING JULY 4TH WEEKEND
Farmer and the Fork Café will be offering delicious, freshly prepared boxed lunches. Enjoy lunch on the outdoor patio or bring a blanket and have a picnic anywhere on the spacious grounds. Boxed lunches must be pre-ordered and can be purchased during checkout when buying admission tickets to the gardens (deadline to order is 9:00 am on Saturday and Sunday, and 2:00 pm Thursday). Meals will be available for pick up at the visitor reception desk between 11:30-2:00 on Saturday and Sunday, and 4:30-6:30 on Thursday evenings. Boxed lunches are currently only available on Saturday, Sunday, and Thursday evenings. Standard café services remain closed at this time

We use several local farms and suppliers including Flats Mentor Farm (Lancaster, MA), Myers Produce (Hadley, MA), Pioneer Valley Growers Association (Deerfield, MA), Carlson Orchard (Harvard, MA), Smith’s Country Cheese (Winchendon, MA), Wards Berry Farm (Sharon, MA), Eva’s Garden (Dartmouth, MA), Little Leaf Farms (Devens, MA), Hydroponics in the old Fort Devens, Rhode Island Mushroom Company (Kingston, RI), North Country (Claremont, NH), Backyard Farms (Madison, ME), Lioni Latticini Inc. (Union, NJ), Hepworth Farms (Milton, NY), Ronnybrook Dairy Farm (Pine Planes, NY)

Kale Cauliflower Wrap

Roasted Carrots, Miso Roasted Cauliflower, Sautéed Kale with Garlic, Chipotle Aioli, Braised Cabbage on a Flour Wrap. Served with Chips and a Pickle.

Kids Turkey Sandwich

Beet and Goat Cheese Salad
Roasted Red and Golden Beets, Sliced Radishes, Toasted Walnuts, Sweet Peas, Crisp Green Beans, Sautéed Beet Greens and Kale, Brown Rice and a Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

English Garden Chicken Salad
Crisp Asparagus, Great Hill Blue Cheese, Diced Ham, Rosemary, Red Onion, Sweet Peppers, Sun-Dried Tomato with a Lemon Herb Vinaigrette serveed over Mixed Greens.

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie and Regular Cookie Available in addition to drinks.

 

 

COVID 19  

Our café team is following all CDC and local guidelines. Kitchen and café team members will be wearing gloves and face masks, regularly disinfecting, and practicing social distancing while preparing all meals. The safety of our guests and staff are of the utmost importance to us.
