Lisa is passionate about “wowing” clients not only in the artful look of the dessert but also in the delectable taste. She brings sophistication, raw talent and a much- appreciated ability to listen to her clients to each new creation. Before joining the Pepper’s team, Lisa worked pastry positions in the Portland, Oregon restaurant scene. She has also owned and operated her own cake business “Frost”. Everything was decadent, delicious, and wonderful. Not only did they look up recipes for special dishes that I requested and *perfected* them, aside from items I chose from their incredible menu, but they took care of my table linens, laying out my centerpieces and favors, and basically saved me SO much stress! Everything looked amazing, tasted amazing, WAS amazing. I highly reccommend Pepper's to ANY bride and groom! :) Laura I had a sense of ease and confidence because of the professionalism and reliability of this catering company.
