Lowell, MA - Peppers Fine Foods Catering was on hand at the Second Annual March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction, held on Monday night, September 27, 2010. This terrific event at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium featuring samplings from area chefs and wine pairings, helped raise awareness and funding for the March of Dimes and create buzz in the greater Lowell medical community.
The crew at Peppers thrilled guests with two signature items:
Watermelon, Cherry Tomato & fresh basil leaf skewer with Blood Orange Balsamic drizzle and a decadent Almond Meringue, topped with Mascarpone, Roasted Peaches & Caramel drizzle.
