What's New at Pepper's Catering

Worcester, MA- On Saturday, November 13, 2010, Veteran's Inc. will be holding their annual Gala Military Ball to commemorate their 20th year of serving veterans and their families.  This black tie - military mess dress event will feature a performance by the USO-style “Victory Belles”, as well as a silent auction, awards ceremony and dinner catered by Pepper’s Fine Foods of Northborough.

Pepper's menu will have some wonderful choices: Braised Boneless Short Ribs with Roasted Shallot Bordelaise Sauce,  a Herb Crusted Free Bird Statler Chicken Breast with Tarragon Dijon Veloute or the Roasted Vegetable Stued Zucchini with Spinach, Mushrooms, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Artichokes, Chevre and Quinoa.

On Tuesday, October 26, 2010, the Central and Western MA Girl Scouts "Fork It Over" Cookie Contest will be held at Coral Seafood Restaurant, 225 Shrewsbury Street, Worcester. This Girl Scout Fundraiser will feature the area's best chefs' creations using Girl Scout Cookies, and Pepper's Catering will be joining in the competition.

The fundraiser is scheduled from 5:00pm to 7:30pm and will also have live music and a silent auction. Admission price is for $30, or 4 for $100. Tickets at the door will be $30.

On Monday, October 18th, 2010, the March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction returns to Mechanics Hall in Worcester. Pepper's Catering will again be serving some of their best dishes along with other local restaurants. Live and silent auctions will be held throughout the evening to raise funds for the March of Dimes.

The Elm Bank Horticulture Center in Wellesley, MA will be having their annual wedding expo, called the Elm Bank Wedding Event  on Sunday, October 17, 2010 at 900 Washington Street, Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Whether you're planning a wedding at Elm Bank or another venue, there will be plenty of vendors, including photographers, cakes, jewelers, rentals and of course, caterers. It'll be worth it just to stop by the Pepper's Fine Foods Catering booth and try some of their incredible samples!

The Elm Bank Wedding Event runs from 11am - 3pm on 10/17 and admission is $7 in advance and $10 at the door, or $5 for Mass Hort Members in advance. Hope to see you there!

Milford, MA - On Monday, Oct. 4, 2010, Pepper's Fine Foods is looking forward to hosting an employee luncheon for Clarke Distribution, the Ultimate Kitchen Resource and Culinary Center.

The Peppers crew will do a "Great Cheese of Massachusetts" demonstration and may be joined by Ann Starbird, Owner and Cheesemaker of Crystal Brook Chevre.

Lowell, MA - Peppers Fine Foods Catering was on hand at the Second Annual March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction, held on Monday night, September 27, 2010. This terrific event at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium featuring samplings from area chefs and wine pairings, helped raise awareness and funding for the March of Dimes and create buzz in the greater Lowell medical community.

The crew at Peppers thrilled guests with two signature items:
Watermelon, Cherry Tomato & fresh basil leaf skewer with Blood Orange Balsamic drizzle and a decadent Almond Meringue, topped with Mascarpone, Roasted Peaches & Caramel drizzle.
